Mother's Day

I had my first [real] Mother's Day this year. It was absolutely wonderful. My life has changed so much since I have become a Mom and I can't imagine life anymore without my sweet Emery. She is such a joy in my life and I am so blessed! Jared made me dinner and it was so yummy (grilled bbq chicken, potatoes, corn on the cob), and I made sugar cookies. It was a great day and I look forward to more Mother's Day's to come!

This Past Week

We found out this girl still has a double ear infection-TWO MONTHS later... She's on round 3 of antibiotics and if this doesn't clear them up she will be referred to an ENT for evaluation for tubes.

We biked up the canyon-it was so lovely!

She was so happy Thursday morning.

First pony tail!

I fell in love with my stroller again. I watched a girl I visiting teach's baby so her and her husband could load their trailer to move.

On our walk Emery held hands with boyfriend.

It's amazing how a pony tail turned my baby into a toddler.

First "Real" Job

The handsome daddy of ours started his job at Select Staffing as a Financial and Credit Analyst in Murray. He's loving it and has already changed so many things for the better for them. We miss him, but we're thankful he works so that we can stay home together.

Cell Phone Dump

Our life is full of yard sales. Normally going to them, but the weekend before Jared started school we actually held one! It was great! We moved A LOT of dead inventory! So we got rid of stuff and after we took out cost made $50. (which just having the space is great!) A couple other families from our ward joined us. We were busy the entire time-probably because we know the secrets to a great yardsale! :)

Our Attempt at Hiking the Y

On Tuesday before Jared started work we decided to Hike the Y. Well it was an attempt. We got just over half-way and she had had enough. And I [for some reason] didn't bring a bottle or anything for her, so we turned around and decided we'll try it again another day.
