Jared had to leave after the graveside to get back to work on Tuesday. I stayed in Idaho and then came back on Thursday with my mom and Lisa Scarr. It was a little escape for her and we're so glad she came! While she was here we bought Emery a twin mattress and switched her to it AND her own room!
She LOVES watermelon. But because of how much she loves it, she gets to/has to eat it naked.
I've only ever seen men subconsciously put their hand down their pants while watching the tv....
It's back to a *new* normal for all of us now. Trips to Idaho will be different, and now not as frequent. We've been going as often as we could to see Granma, but with Jared's job he doesn't get time off (the one thing we hate about it). We don't have any "planned" trips for the rest of the year, including holidays. Jared only gets Thanksgiving day and Christmas day so we're doing it with our little family this year and are excited to start some traditions of our own.
