Cake Smash

We finally did the girlie's cake smash 2 weeks after her birthday. She wanted nothing to do with her cake honestly, except for the frosting "lotion" that made her legs so soft! It turned out really cute even if she didn't want much to do with her cake! I'm so glad Julie and Jill always let us do stuff at their house! And Jill was great to have as a second shooter-I just need to get the pictures from her next time I go, I always forget. :)

Beat the Heat

This is how we beat the summer heat. (play pen substitutes for not having a fenced yard, $10 score at a yard sale!)

Then dad comes home and cuddling a cold baby begins.

Play Date

Last week we had a play date with Talie and Tavish. It was so fun, really we ended up "feeding the ducks."

12 Months

I never did her 12 mo. post so here it is! 

-She weighs 27 pounds

-She is 32-33 in tall (somewhere in there)

-She wears clothes in the waist as small as 9 mo, but 2t pants/shirts for length, 3t dresses.

-Is so happy! She went through a week of stone face-picture above, but is always smiling.

-Walking!

-Baby food is for the birds, she only wants to eat what you're eating.

-Her hair is coming fast and is red and curly,

-Loves to get into everything.

-Likes to read her books and sometimes eat them still.

-Loves bike rides.

-Is a great sleeper.

We love her so much and are still so glad she's ours!
